Beta-Pak delivered the fastest PET cup making machine of recent times to Hamidiye Spring Waters last April. The machine, which has the capacity to make 30 thousand PET cups per hour, can shape and process 20 glasses in one go.
Produced with the latest technology, BPT-26/37 AQUA MEGA MAX is defined as a breakthrough innovation in the industry.
Beta-Pak General Coordinator Ali ELKILIÇ, who we received information about the technical features of the machine, said: “We accelerated the development in the sector with the machine that makes 30 thousand PET cups per hour, which we delivered to Hamidiye Spring Waters in April. We produced a machine with a capacity of 30 thousand glasses per hour.With the BPT-26/37 AQUA MEGA MAX model, we provide all movements of the machine we delivered in April with an 8-axis servo motor system. We work with Omron company for products such as PLC – control system and touch operator panel electronically. The group we call pneumatics is resolved from Festo.

All the equipment we put on the field in the Hamidiye machine has IP67 protection class. When using the top and bottom foil that comes as a coil to our machine, we clean it by exposing it to ultraviolet rays before it comes into contact with the product against possible bacteria and fungus formation. We neutralize the static electricity on the foils using an ionizer.
We close all parts of our machine and make the air more sterile by using a hepa filter. We pass the air used by the machine through special filters and give filtered air to all contact surfaces. We did not leave the lubrication of all moving parts to the initiative of the operator by pressing the oil with an automatic system.”
Using the EtherCAT communication system, we communicated with each control group in the field over a single cable. We disposed of all the cables we would carry for the controller.
With this innovation we made in the last machine, we have gained a great advantage in labor and time. We put barcodes on every part we manufacture or use on our machine. When a product malfunctions or needs a replacement, the person concerned tells us the barcode on the product, making it possible to supply the product in a very short time and in an absolutely correct way.
We comply with the hygiene conditions specified in the food regulation, by approaching the production conditions with care and sensitivity. Stainless 316 L is used for all surfaces that come into contact with food. Of course, the use of quality products and equipment in our machine raises our price a little bit, but it forces us a little in the competition, but we never give up on quality in order to offer complete solutions to our customers.”
