In the ready-to-eat sector, especially filling systems need professional solutions depending on the form of the ready meal (granular, hot-cold, etc.). At the same time, CIP is closely related to the hygiene of the product, the health of the consumer and its shelf life.
In recent years, this sector needs packaging solutions in a wider spectrum depending on nutritional habits. The expectation that especially local ready meals will be consumed in metropolises increases the diversity in this sector. We see that ready meals have different characteristics from each other.
For example; In some products, we observe that the preservation of the structure is more difficult and microbiology is more prominent.
